What do you mean by cleaning out? Weekly cleaning, or emptying and cleaning after evicted tenants, or foreclosures? I have heard that there are people who do that.

I'm sure somebody who's more involved in real estate will have some input, but I believe the term for that is "trashout".

it really depends. How big is the home? home much cubic feet of junk/debris will you be clearing? are you getting a dumpster? hauling away in a truck? how long do you think its going to take? what do you value your hourly wage to be? There is no way to answer without a lot more info.

30 yrd roll off dumpsters are around 550-600 depending on who you use. you can easily fill 1-2 if its a decent size place full of crap. I have seen places take more than 3.

Varies according to the house and the amount of cleaning the customer wants.

Just make it clear what you'll do for the price quoted, so the customer isn't disappointed.

A friend is rehabbing a house and he has found a couple of guys that use a Uhaul type truck and not a dumpster. He and his contractor were shocked since the quote came in less than the cost of a dumpster.

You have to figure out how much your labor is worth, how much your equipment costs, what the general costs of doing business will be (such as taxes, accounting, website/phone/email/etc.), and where you will dump the garbage you haul out. Like the other posters have mentioned, a lot of it is variable.

They're probably sneaking his stuff into somebody else's dumpster.
