Just curious why you don't think Indiana is not the best location since it is part of the Fox Chapel School District? Are you talking about the whole township or the specific location of this house?



I do love the neighborhoods of O'Hara and Aspinwall, and the houses are older like you mentioned.
Specific location of the house. In the Fox Chapel School District, I feel that the best location is close to the Highland Park Bridge and the High School. This basically puts you in the middle of everything (high school, library, community center) but for the Middle School. It also gets you close to the Waterworks for shopping. If you commute to Downtown or Oakland that location may add 15 minutes to your commute.
