This seems like a needlessly specific question unless you know something we don't about that land or are standing off Carson Street with a shovel and a wheel barrow.

i believe alastad is a builder, or in that industry in some capacity. maybe he's considering a housing development.

Dude, that's alastad's thing. He asks these incredibly specific questions about seemingly weirdly random things.

Either he doesn't know how to use google, or he's working on some genius, intricately complicated master plan. I'm betting on the latter.
