You really don't understand the urban lifestyle, do you? And this is coming from a person in Kittanning!

There’s many people that desire that, however, I couldn’t be paid to be one of them.

I hate visiting certain friends and family members who live within arms reach of their neighbors houses. Sitting outside you hear everyone’s air conditioners blaring, neighbors are so ridiculously close you can tell what they’re having for dinner and often being able to hear their conversations, etc..., but I understand that there are those that love that kind of living.

i live in the inner city, and have never resided outside this city when living in this metro area.

you must have never had the pleasure, or opposite of that, of living in connected units - rowhomes and the like.

I heard my neighbors less when I had foot-thick brick party walls separating us than I do now with eight feet of open air between us.

My first house was a row house in Stowe Township. It didn't even have a brick party wall. My neighbors were awful. That's as close to a South Side or Lawrenceville townhouse as I could afford. I could walk down to the business district, though. It was my attempt to live an urban lifestyle, in the suburbs. lol

The fire wall coupled with new windows insulated my home from my neighbors. I do not hear anything besides occasional base vibrations from trap music....

I think it is all relative. Basically, they are saying prices aren't as crazy as Lawrenceville.

Yes that's what I meant. Still not cheap to live in the flats, but heck, if they don't clear the streets in the winter anymore that may change.

Just saw this house ended up selling for 212k. not really surprising really. Most things are selling well over list price right now.
