Except Dems voted 4-2, so that’s what they want. You’re calling your own party stupid or disingenuous.

Yeah, you ninja'd me. Intriguing assumption made by the OP that false/illegible dates will likely appear mostly on the envelopes of Democrat voters. Seems like a pretty hurtful assumption to me.

Republicans succeeded in their continued efforts to suppress votes in order to give themselves an advantage. A single dem (Justice Kevin Dougherty sided with the 2 republican justices to make it a 3-3 split decision).

no. thats not how it happened. they voted 6-0 and issued a ruling (which has the weight of law) to erject non-compliant ballots because it is codified in PA state law. they set aside (meaning did not issue a ruling) whether or not the PA law that defines a compliant ballot violates the civil rights act (it does not and the USSC has ample precedent set)

This is a landmark ruling because the SAME PASC ruled 5-2 a couple years ago to VIOLATE PA state law and count non-compliant ballots. (but the guy who played Jethro died since then)

no it was 6-0, there are 4 dems and 2 reps and this time the 4 dems reversed themselves and WROTE the opinion that was contrary to what they issued in 2020. Mr curtis did not bother to research the makeup of the PASC before he posted.

Even better. Just goes to show more false claims, and even complaints when Dems vote for what they think is best. Some folks are just never happy.

Seems reasonable to me.

You wouldn't execute a contract, or sign anything without properly dating it, correct?
