Dingusworld should be opening by next summer...wait, that's in Polish Hill. Nope, no amusement parks in Bloomfield...yet.

No, they canceled the Bloomfield Disneyland because they couldn't secure the permits. But I hear there may be a space-shuttle launch pad in the works....across from the pizzeria I think

Bloomfield's a nice area, somewhat "urban" in its nature, but close to Oakland and "Don-ton" and the Strip District via Bigelow Blvd and/or Liberty Avenue.

Dunno about the crime stats, but those can be found here on City-Data...
