how to find a person in pittsburgh ? (Allentown, Walnutport: live, retiree)

hello together,

I've set myself a task.A heavy task.
And I'm looking for a helping hand from a citizen of pittsburgh.
A person, who knows his city and could help me with some adresses , like
"local residents' registration office" and something like that.
The story
I'm searching a man , who worked and lived in Pittsburgh.
The problems:
I've just the name and no last adress in Pittsburgh.
The searched person became retiree and left already Pittburgh,with an unknwown target
I'm just 10.000 miles away from Pittsburgh and my search is unfortunately virtually.

To find out his last adress would be a great success.

Does anyone see a possibillity , or is it a hopeless case ?

Thanks for your helping advice ,but I tried this searching moduls before
(and at first).
There is only one person in whole PA. (I could hardly believe)
This person should be in a place named : WALNUTPORT
Is walnutport a part of Pitsburgh ?

Google Walnutport and a map comes up... NOT in Pittsburgh!

Closer to Allentown

Maybe try the last name in people-finder, or dexknows.com by using the last name AND Walnutport?
