Boy ole boy someone is already scared of a very successful woman.

Jealous much?

She is a financial wizard who can create the jobs California needs.

How can one buy an election since we all know that Obama didnt get Soros, corps and foreign money coming in droves for his election.

We need more SUCCESSFUL people like her running things. She has a great track record of success and you should be happy she is running.

And no, she does not need to buy a vote to beat the fool Jerry Brown.

Look at his record of massive failures, debt and spending and you will see the mans record is not very good at all.

Well there are 2 responses to this. One, as UIM pointed out, this accusation is made frequently about candidates who ultimately lose. And two, you assume people are stupid. If the argument that a candidate makes is sensible people will accept it. If a candidate's rhetoric is not believable or unacceptable the candidate will loose.

The people of California will have a stark choice between two very different candidates. You are either philosophically aligned with him or he no amount of money will change that.

LOL Not only was she a director at Goldman Sachs, but she has a track record of being an offshore superstar and hasn't voted in 20 years! That's rich I'm not scared of having a woman as governor...don't confuse the situation

You give the average person too much credit.

Buying an election....

Buying an election....

Hmm, for some reason that sounds familiar, like it happened in the recent past with a big election, I just don't recall, maybe it was the presidency or something?

The reality is, this is the way it works now, the one who spends the most on the election gets to decide how to spend our hard earned money after they take office, it doesn't make sense to me, but folks keep voting R or D, I'm not sure why.

His choices this far have been less than stellar, however it's only been 18 months. I'll give him till the end of the year before I hop on that bandwagon.

The situation here in CA mirrors Obama's. What was once a state that was responsible for 1/3 of the GDP is now bankrupt. I'm anxious to hear how an offshore specialist who hasn't showed interest in politics in 20 years is going to govern a state that has matters here on the homeland

My guess is you will give her a thorough and fair hearing.
