Yeah, that was excessive and ridiculous. But all presidents spend too much on their inaugurations. I went to Bush's 1st and it was a massive party!

Losing not Loosing! Seriously, pay attention in 4th grade people!

True, most politicians are utter trash, but the GOP does not really have a viable candidate yet.

In 1980 they had Reagan, but there is no logical candidate to garner interest from both sides of the aisle in order to overtake Obama.

I'm hoping Gary Johnson (from New Mexico) runs for and wins the nomination so he can be president, but that's not likely.

Democrats openly called for Reagan to be their 1980 Republican opponent. They had plans to present him as a radical conservative. Then Carter happened. After four years of the present idiot, any solid conservative will shine. Personally, I like Bachmann or Gingrich. I'd pay good money to see the Obama-Gingrich debate!

Actually he hasn't. Whether because of him, despite him, or just simply because of the cyclical nature of the economic market, it has improved during the time he has been in office. I would be more inclined to put the credit on the latter. But at least let's be honest about the current state of the economy vs. what it was in 2009.
