An oil worker who survived the Deepwater Horizon explosion has claimed that he found a fault in a key piece of safety equipment weeks before the disaster - reported it to BP and the rig owner.

This is what we get for the greed that many defend and condone. I am not optimistic about the fate of this planet as I beleive it is already sealed. What will these people do when there a wars for clean water and food?

And Obama's inspectors gave the rig a "pass" on the safety inspection, even with that claim.

Wow. Obama screwed up even more than I thought.

Technically, there have been many mistakes including missed inspections, not correcting problems, etc since January 2001 - present such as inspectors finding five incidents of non-compliance at the rig dating back to 2001, has missed 16 inspections since 2005. I just can't recollect who was in office during the majority of that time. Can someone help me please?

EEEEEKKKKK! Please take that back! hussein obama is not my man! That bum gave BP a safety award while they had over 700 vilolations. Oops, I forgot, BP lined hussein obama's pockets.
