Cass Sunstein:

The interpretation of federal law should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him, according to Sunstein. "There is no reason to believe that in the face of statutory ambiguity, the meaning of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President and those who operate under him," argued Sunstein.

Here is your thinking from the Progressive "I know better than you"

Seriously! And you guys wonder why they trash the Constitution.

He's very progressive. He believes in the second bill of rights, "social" economics and the collective over the individual. He's also in favor of government propaganda on the masses to quell terrorist like thinking.

And here he is..in charge of "Information". That net neutrality and kill switch would be welcome by the likes of him.

Considering we have a Supreme Court consisting of Reactionary Bigots that ruled that corporations are "citizens" protected by the Bill of Rights, I think this guy has a pretty good point.

Checks and balances, to retain States rights.

You have no clue why our nation has grown to what it had become, in such a short time in the overall picture of time.

All that is going down the toilet.

The SCOUS is to defend our Constitution. Not what government wants.

Government control of business is getting in where they never were intended to be. Only under a dictator, does that crap happen.
We the People, not them the government.

errr.... REgressive.

Cass is a stalinist marxist piece of detridus who should be locked up in a cage and shown to little school children to scare the "progressive" out of them.

words that come to mind when I see Cass Sunstein?
Traitor
Far Left Loon
American Hating Commie
Jack Booted Thug with a college degree

His employment in the U. S. Federal Government is an affront to our nation and a stain on Freedom. and Proof that Obama does not have good judgement.

What?do you realize what he is saying? he is against the check and balance of our system and replacing it with what the POTUS inclination of what the law is.Now this might sound good to you now since a fellow progressive like your self is in power. But think, some day a POTUS that is the opposite of your beliefs will come to power, will you support this crazy idea then?
This is really dangerous thinking and I would not support any POTUS having this type of power no matter which way he leaned. Are you in support of progressive tyranny?

It doesn't surprise me that that poster said that. He also said the 45 goals of Communism to take over America sounded really good too.
