Aren't we about to grant an additional 33 billion in emergency war funding on top of what we have already alloted to Afghanistan? 4 billion is about the same amount as the Carlyle Group charges for 34 cafe' late's in their break room.

A big YES..use that instead for Americans out of work.
If they are intent on spending it then at least spend it on us before we go bankrupt.

Make them cut somewhere else to pay for it. I want to see how well the Republicans like it when their programs get the ax to pay for their wars.
