Neither of them are conservative.... I thought MSNBC is suppose to be "pro-Obama", why are they attacking him? Obama is obviously a liberal... is MSNBC trying to push him further left by doing this? It doesn't help him politically that MSNBC says this stuff... I wonder what the "deeper" reason is... now that would be news...

The premise was... who is more conservative (a relative term). And from the few issues covered, Obama appeared to be more conservative than Reagan.

As for the rest, why discuss MSNBC, when we could talk about the content of the debate?

MSNBC is left leaning, but by no means extremist like fox news. MSNBC will slam the left and obama when it's called for.
