Holder is the top LE enforcement agent in the country. His failure to follow through on the case, placing a policy against prosecuting such cases, is in fact an obstruction of justice in and of itself. Holder could have been, could still be charged/prosecuted for obstructing justice, IMO. It is obvious to this poster that the backpeddling from the DOJ is Holder scrambling to cover his and Obamma's ass*ets.

Actually, he was. Holder chose to lessen the charges after the fact so this convicted felon can go to poll locations outside of PA with his billy club and racist threats which violate the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
