Don't forget that Rhode Island, a liberal state, is also off the hook for the whole immigration enforcement thing
Picking and choosing who you prosecute based on race or anything other than the law is wrong. Period. This DOJ let this go based on race.
Then, they let sanctuary cities completely off the hook. Holder says its different somehow than what Arizona is doing. Okay government. I dont feel like paying my taxes, because, well I dont think its right. So am I off the hook too from following the law?
Looking at federal law and poers it gives federal authrites that do not include proable cause at all like any other enforcemnt of laws.Arizona is only critized because it intends to enforce the law. The federal governamnt does ot and has made it part of the politcal hunt for votes.Part of the corruption of justice system IMO.

Its definitely mostly about politics and votes. That, and I dont think they give a damn if the border is secure or not, nor how many illegals we continue to let come over here.
Its still interesting how they keep pushing this, and the only people that side with them are the hispanics/latinos that are pro-law breakers because of their race, hollywood, the media, and far lefties. Most of America is against the WH on this.
They really must have some trick up their sleeve that no one would think of. They know the poll numbers are down for O, they no that much of his liberal base wont show up to vote (hopefully and thank God if they do stay home), and the tide is turning a little against them. They are corrupt and whatnot, but this WH isnt stupid. They have to have some sort of plan. But here's hoping they really were just naive, believing that the country would actually love their agenda.

Did you read my link? It is very funny and after reading it I became convinced that they won't get anywhere with that suit. For them to get anywhere it has to be the Supreme Court and even with Kagan they won't have enough votes to swing this thing. I don't know who will be new on the Court when this case gets to the SC but maybe The Man will be able to appoint another lib before it gets to them.
If you didn't read the link make sure you do because it is a good one. The lefties will be in tomorrow and tell you who it is and you need to be ready.
