Sharron Angle walked out of an event to which her campaign invited reporters as soon as they were given the opportunity to ask questions of Nevada’s GOP nominee for Senate.
After giving a three-minute speech on Wednesday on her desire to repeal the estate tax, Angle was asked to make herself available to answer questions from the assembled reporters. Angle turned around without saying a word and left the event, as a video provided by the Nevada Democratic Party shows.
What a freakin joke of a candidate. No wonder she's dropping in the polls. I guess she's unwilling to answer any questions because she knows her views are unpopular with the majority of the people in Nevada. She won't even give a sit-down interview to the local TV media in Nevada. Thumbs down on Angle.
Sharron Angle Runs From Reporters At Her Own Press Conference
Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle proved to be camera shy once again when she declined to take questions from reporters at a media-friendly event organized by her campaign on Wednesday.
From an outside perspective (though admittedly conservative):
1) She wasn't running, she was walking. Talk about blowing up a headline.
2) We do have too many entitlements, including what will now be 150 weeks of unemployment insurance. 3 years to get a job, a bit much. You could probably get a BA/BS in a completely different field in that time.
3) The gentleman in the "Face to Face" was incorrect. Its $260 for state Arizona as of 2009.
Harry Reid has to go. He has ruined Nevada and doesn't give a dam about the people of Nevada. Anyone who thinks Harry Reid should still be in office is Nuts.
