The one I do feel kinda stupid about is the Gulf of Mexico oil leak, never realized that the Gulf got that deep.
Remember the news reports kept referring to the well as being a mile deep? And that's why it was so difficult to cap? I can understand having trouble with the P. M., though.

I hope that anyone who reads and participates in this forum would be able to score at least an 8 on this test.

9 of 11. Missed the Gulf one because, like someone already mentioned, didn't think the Gulf was that deep. Other one I missed was the SC justice - just chose the only name I recognized.

10/11 here. I missed where the World Cup was held, because I don't follow any sports. If I'd gone with my first impulse, however, I would have been correct.

11/11.
What I found most interesting (albeit not surprising) is that only 34% of the test-taking populace got the TARP question correct.

Scored 100 but only because it was multiple choice. The British PM would have stumped me.

I drew a blank on the PM and guessed. Scored 100%!

What's scary is that I don't watch TV at all and only skim online news sources giving attention to the catchier stuff. I honestly don't consider myself very well informed at all yet out-scored the vast majority of the population. If someone like me falls into the category of most well informed I think it's time to start working on the Mad-Max-Mobile 'cause we're seriously screwed.
