Government is about twice as big as it should be. That's the problem. And it's so huge, nobody can manage it. Not the Reps, not the Dems, not Obama, not Bush.... nobody. And nobody really tries to cut government.
The solution is twofold;
1. Cut all government by 50%
2. Split the USA into five or six countries.

I've been advocating that for awhile. Since we can't get away from Federalism...then the nation is simply to big. I want AZ to be by itself though. I don't know where else it fits.
"Vote for me, I'll give you free money" is all it takes to get elected, re-elected.
Just look at the 2008 election results. How many Americans were outraged about TARP ?
How many Congressmen who voted YES got their seats back ?
WE, the people deserve what we get when the majority is all about "gimme, gimme, gimme".
And thank you for knowing the truth, this is a gimme, gimme, SITUTATION when the majority is all about gimme. We the people do deserve what we get. For putting some of the same putz in office, that should of never been in office, in the first place. One time a mistake, two times, your just plain stupid.
"We" put these folks in office to represent us and they rarely do. I wonder if "We the People" could hire some lobbyist to represent us.
(It’s a crying shame that what I said makes a little sense)
