When we have THOUSANDS of fugitives on the streets of AZ & the Sheriff spends more money chasing working illegals. Not illegal drug runners, just businesses that employ those illegals.
When he makes sure the media is contacted to report on him setting up his raids in mostly hispanic neighborhoods, that's how we can tell he is a racist.
The thing he loves most about his raids is just how many pictures & stories of himself gets on the news.

Or we could ask why the Justice Department isn't suing ICE for failing to enforce present immigration law. We could ask why the illegal defacto amnesty policy of this administration (and previous ones) is being allowed to continue.

And the number of arrests of illegals vs. non-illegals would be what? I can see discrimination if he arrests citizens accusing them of being here illegally when they are not. But, to actually arrest people who have entered this country illegally, is.....law enforcement.
