We're already stimulating their economy! Opium production is up 50% YoY from 2006-2009. At $1,100/kg U.S., the local economy is "booming".

They need to tell their opium kings to deposit their drug money in THEIR banks and not offshore.
Isn't it enough we pay off guys with cash and are rebuilding their cities and guarding their poppy fields ?

Let them go to the IMF for a highly restricted loan. That's what the IMF is for..USE IT !
