The right passed amnesty, then again called for amnesty twice, but the right stopped it?

Obama has made NO CALL WHAT SO EVER for amnesty. If anything he's leaning against it. He made it clear his health care plan will not benefit illegals and he sent 1,200 national guard troops to the border. We should be thanking the heavens obama is in office now. If he wasn't Mr. amnesty mccain would have passed blanket amnesty long ago, and we'd have the borders exploding with all the illegals jumping for joy with their new McCainesty

"It is no surprise that, after passing health care "reform," President Obama plans to move on to his next big domestic initiative: granting citizenship to more than 12 million illegal immigrants. For decades, Beltway and business elites have championed a policy of open borders and unlimited Third World immigration."

Yes, the Conservative base absolutely stopped the Progressive RINOs from passing Amnesty for Illegals!

Obama has made NO CALL WHAT SO EVER for amnesty.Comprehensive Immigration reform = code for Amnesty If anything he's leaning against it. He made it clear his health care plan will not benefit illegals and he sent 1,200 national guard troops to the border(lawyers and staff people, not BP). We should be thanking the heavens obama is in office now. (When Pigs fly) If he wasn't Mr. amnesty mccain would have passed blanket amnesty long ago, and we'd have the borders exploding with all the illegals jumping for joy with their new McCainesty Obama had nothing to do with McCain's failure to get amnesty pushed through; nothing , nada
Comments above in red.

GW Bush, McCain, Obama....all amnesty Progressives. What part of that is difficult for you to understand? Do you actually think Harry Reid (D-NV) didn't speak to Obama about the DREAM Act before trying to get it pushed through today? Really?

The only ones standing up for amnesty are the right. Reagan passed blanket amnesty, W called for another one, and Mccain also tried to push an amnesty bill through congress that the dems shot down. I'm sure you know that
No kidding. If Obama had done the exact same thing Reagan did, the conservatives would never let him live it down. Just goes to show that policy is irrelevant to the right, words are all that matter.
Conservative hypocrisy is like peeing in the pool: Everyone else can see it, but only you can feel it's warmth.

It is so revealing that so many Obama supporters know nothing about his stances or what he has even said. They clearly get their talking points emailed to them or something.

Personal rant from a far right newspaper columnist from over a year ago. Try again.

The republicans have pro-illegal amnesty support proven in black and white.

Actually, Conservatives learn from their mistakes; thus, we learned from Reagan that amnesty doesn't work. Yet, Democrats never learn and just keep pushing the same Socialism that is a tried and true FAILURE.

But it wasn't a mistake. Reagan, in this case, was RIGHT. Shut down the border flow, but you simply cannot arrest 13 million people. It would cost trillions of dollars and involve more police power than we could spare. Better to implement a policy of deporting those who commit crimes, and give amnesty to those who wish to become a productive law-abiding member of society.

Reagan had a good idea, one of his only good ideas, and of course that is unacceptable to his party. Weed out all good ideas, and boil everything down to tax cuts for the wealthy.

And amnesty has nothing to do with socialism. It's not even a weak link, there is NO link. Nice try though.
