Sorry the tinfoil in me says he got "suicided" amid all the top ranking arrests and resignations. This guy probably had a laundry list of big names.

Maybe it was "A Clockwork Orange" kind of thing, where the guy was forced to watch continuous reruns of Glenn Beck shows....!!!? Egad, can you imagine what that would do?

It's not like there aren't bad cops who aren't going to tell lies.

Heart attack can be caused by an overdose of myriad of prescription pills including prozac. He could have been poisoned.

The guy had a history of drug and alcohol abuse and was let go by NOTW because of his partying.

Doing blow and being as fat as he was is just asking for trouble.
