If I had my way, his meals would be ALL soy:

Joellen Rackleff, a Department of Corrections spokeswoman, said meals are half soy and half poultry. Serving all meat means the $47 million food budget would double.

...
U.S. courts have said in the past that prisons have to serve nutritious meals, not pretty ones or those that comply with a prisoner’s idea of home cooking.

Rackleff said meals meet those standards and comply with federal nutrition guidelines.

Florida Prisoner Suing Over ‘Cruel And Unusual’ Soy-Based Meals « CBS Tampa

What should the court do with this lawsuit? Does it have merit, when nutrition experts disagree on the effects of soy in the diet?

It's a method of castration, considering the amount of estrogen and estrogenics contained in all.

He should have large American breasts in no time.

Without the ability to read the submitted briefs, who knows.

Bring him to me. Let me feed him.

His opinion on soy based meals being cruel and unusual would change in a second.

Default Not yet starving

His suit is frivolous. Let him consider World Hunger. Two-thirds of the world goes to bed hungry every night, and many have no shelter at all. In the United States, our Food Banks have short supplies, especially in the summer, when many families have nothing to put on the table, and at best just one meal a day. They would be delighted to have some soy-enriched chicken, or just a slice of bread.

It is amazing to me in the first place, that LIFER PEDOPHILE. thinks he has a right to his meals. Ask me if i care what he eats.

Being a pedophile, i think that is cruel punishment for whoever his victims were.

Just a guess on my part, but I think this poor, maligned pedophile isn't that concerned with the quality of his prison meals:

Inmate Harris has twice filed his soy complaint in federal court in Florida and has twice been booted out, most recently last week, when U.S. Magistrate Gary Jones concluded that Harris had abused the judicial process.

Jones pointed out that Harris previously filed flawed lawsuits alleging that Florida’s lack of a male version of battered women’s syndrome was unconstitutionally discriminatory and that a video game recreating the 1999 Columbine High School shootings in Colorado caused him mental anguish because he was a "close friend" of one of the shooters.

Florida prisoner’s lawsuit calls soy meals ‘cruel and unusual’ punishment - BostonHerald.com (http://www.bostonherald.com/news/national/south/view.bg?articleid=1379350&page=2&listingType=natso uth - broken link)

Nice try, douchebag.

Why is he still alive? They only way to rehabilitate a sex offender is to slay them.

I say serve him dog food. Or maybe hagus or boiled rat. That way he can have meat and it won't cost me a dime more.
