As much as I cringe over Joe's propensity towards intervening into every foreign affair he lays eyes on, I cannot deny he is also has a sound grasp of foreign policy and affairs.
Yet in politics, I can't recall any many who could use so many words to explain the smallest of ideas.
I saw an amazing sight on tv this morning. Joe Biden....not grinning! I realize that his "laugh lines" are really wrinkles!
