Since Democrats want to say the rich are stealing from americans and it was Republican policies that allowed it to take place under Bush.. Why dont you start to complain about the Democratic/Obama ones? Their wealth is increasing far faster under Obama than the Bush years

#2 William Gates III - Forbes.com

Net worth still up $13 billion in a year as Microsoft shares rose 50% in 12 months

http://www.forbes.com/lists/2010/10/billionaires-2010_Warren-Buffett_C0R3.html

When it's raining gold, reach for a bucket, not a thimble." Berkshire Hathaway book value was up 19.8% to $21.8 billion in 2009

#6 Lawrence Ellison - Forbes.com

Oracle founder's fortune continues to soar; shares up 70% in past 12 months

#12 Christy Walton & family - Forbes.com

Still, shares are up 7% in past 12 months and family fortune rose a combined $13 billion, largely recovering losses from market crash.

I know, you'll all turn this into another Bush thread or just ignore it outright.. Looks to me the rich are getting richer and you sure cant blame Republicans. Democrats had 100% authority to do whatever they wanted..

They will always find a way to blame Bush.
It's very difficult for some people to see that the Emperor has no cloths.

It's simple.

When Obama talks about wealth distribution people assume he is talking about taking from the rich and giving to the poor.

What Obama means, and is doing, is taking from the middle class and giving to the rich.

I know all about crony capitalism. When do people start to complain about it taking place? I note the failure of Democrats to respond with outrage..

Because they are noe benefitting from it.

I swear Democrats never cared one way or another about Iraq. What they cared about was it was Republicans picking and choosing which companies made money from said war.

That was the only reason Dems were mad. And the reason they shut up about it after they took over.

The wealthiest people in Washington, are Democrats. I few Republicans thrown in, but look at the top 10 and then stand back and look at the top 30.

Whoa!!

Harry Reid, how did you get so rich, off a Senators salary?

Morman's tend to manage money better then most members of the other Christian faiths. He has invested well (in the stock market) and has a diverse portfolio. But he puts none of his own money into his campaign. 70% of that money comes from individual contributions.

The wealthiest in Washington are the lobbyists & lawyers of the corporations they represent. They win no matter who is in office. And they prefer republicans as the pay day is usually greater.
