Here is a simple explanation of the simple security measures that Israel uses....and what passengers have to do to go through security in Israel:
"El Al security procedures require that all passengers be interviewed individually prior to boarding, allowing El Al staff to identify possible security threats. Passengers will be asked questions about where they are coming from, the reason for their trip, their job or occupation, and whether they have packed their bags themselves. The likelihood of potential terrorists remaining calm under such questioning is believed to be low"
"El Al (Israel) is considered by most security analysts as the most secure airline in the world because of its track-record in deterring hijackings and terror plots. The airline has been free of terrorist attacks for about 30 years and it has experienced only one hijacking in its history. Global Traveler magazine has named El Al as number one in its Best Airline for Security for the last three years in a row."
Why won't we listen to this successful airline? They clearly know what they are doing and have offered their advice and help in securing our airlines. TSA and our elected officials want no part of it. WHY?!?!?
Again, psychology and common sense, NOT technology and paper work.
Once again, Israel offers their help by telling us "DONT RELY ON TECHNOLOGY!". Don't they know best?!?! Why dont we listen???
The Israelis call it like they see it. Americans have been brainwashed with self destructive PC thinking and I'm not sure they can overcome it enough to do what needs to be done.

But ... but ... if you adopt sensible Israeli style security measures then you don't get that lovely $7 billion budget to play with and then the lobbyists for all the companies trying to sell you expensive hardware will be upset and you won't get to go to those nice restaurants and ball games, etc.

I can explain it to you.
You have been misled.
Muslim women will be exempt from nothing.
