So his co-defendant being shot moments after he supposedly left his own B-day party earlier this year in VA is NO sort of character indictment on him. I know, I know he was cleared in the shooting as if that just washes over the rest of incident and the fact that he was so close too or had someone he knew shoot his co-defendant. In that case the truth will never be known but to act as if he has kept his nose clean since leaving prison is laughable at best. Once a thug ALWAYS a thug!
Well said. What I can never get past is the vile way in which Vick PERSONALLY killed those animals. ANYONE defending that type of behavior and wishing him well is beyond reproach to me.
At least an adult human being can fight back! Killing innocent dogs is ONLY surpassed by killing an innocent, helpless child!
Sickening how so many think Vick is some changed person. The only thing that he has changed is his PR firm and name on the front of his NFL jersey.

I don't think they were "his" dogs. I think he was the money man. I'm not defending what he did, but I do wonder how much he was involved on a day-to-day basis.

He paid for the property, He paid for the dogs. They were his dogs. He even helped pick some of them out. He attended some of the fights. He helped hang and drown some of the dogs. They were his dogs.

He drowned a dog with his own hands. The FBI determined that he lied during a polygraph test when they asked him direct questions about his personal involvement with torturing the dogs.
He personally helped kill 6 dogs up to 8
They hung the dogs and the ones that did not die were then had their head held down in a 5 gallon water bucket to drown them to death.

What twisted person drowns a dog? Its not like Vick made the choice to kill these dogs in a humane way. They very would could have made the choice to shot them once in the head and put them out of their misery but instead they made the choice to kill them in that manner
