Yanks are moving south because it afford a whole new business opportunity. The South is traditionally last in everything except alcoholism. The South has not been cultivated yet for business. Think about the booms.
East Coast, then Midwest, then West Coast, then Southwest, now the Southeast (except Florida).
The South is the last man standing, representing a steadfast effort against progress. Finally, the South is changing. And all of you southerners, "the times they are a changin."
Dream on! The South will never change despite the influx of da*& yanks moving here. Hopefully that will be realized and they will all move back.

The South is thriving because of all the people moving there. This isn't that hard to understand.
The South was stagnant for 130 years. When Northerners (which you define as everyone not from the 12 CSA states---people tend to discount Florida) began moving there with their capital, the South rebounded.

Well, first lett me ask YOU a question....are you trying to imply that I am racisit? If so - WRONG ANSWER. In speaking for myself, I do not care what a person's skin color or ethnic background is. I only care what type of person you are. If we have something in common to hang out and laugh about even better.
Another question - are you also implying that minorities would not be allowed because you want to condemn the South as being racist? If so, that is such a loser attitude for you and I will have to give a big yawn and be done responding to you.

The South has been thriving for a long time while the Northern states have been run into the ground by Unions and a host of other things.

The south wouldn't have been stagnant if the north didn't destroy it. But since the south is so EVIL I wonder why alot of yanks must be escaping the north for a reason.
