Three weeks before Election Day, Senate Majority leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., center, arrives for the dedication of a wind farm in Henderson, Nev., on Oct. 12, 2010. With him are, second from left, Kai Huang, deputy mayor of Shenyang, China; Jinxiang Lu, second from right, chairman and CEO of A-Power Energy Generation Systems, a Chinese company, and Tom Conway, right, international vice president of the United Steelworkers union. Reid's support, and the plan to create jobs in Nevada, helped blunt congressional criticism that stimulus money was going to the Chinese company, which also plans a large wind farm in West Texas. The company is hoping to receive money through the U.S. Energy Department.

The funding is coming from our taxpayers monies.
The jobs are going to China (2000) and Nevada (1000)
The real estate for the plants in Texas and Nevada is owned by American Nevada Company
which is a division of the Greenspun family. They own the Sun newspaper, casinos and are big friends and friends of Harry Reid.
Poor Harry and his rich friends!!

Absolutely unacceptable. This is just another example of why Congress cannot be trusted with the taxpayers' $$.

of course he sees green, america is capitalist. the land of opportunity and entreprenuerial spirit and they are the winners. he didn't sell out to anybody. it is not the land of communism.

americans collectively have got to be one of the most stupid people on the planet, considering they are supposed to be the most educated. you always hear their rhetoric about those 'evil' commies or socialists (those countries really aren't, they are tyrannies) and have no idea that capitalism is what's driving them in the dirt.

also, much of what america calls for to protect themselves or look out for their interests are rather communist or socialist principles or ideas but they don't realize that. also, america has many communist and socialist organizations.

it's amazing just how blind americans really are including the so-called educated. it's obvious not a single one of them have bothered to look up what capitalism, socialism or even what communism really is to know what kind of country and policies govern it. you would have thought it all have been obvious to them by now. americans have been deceiving eachother.
