Default day of thanks for the top 2%

Nancy, 'the gift that keeps on giving' Pelosi sandbagged Charlie's hearing and in similar fashion Barney has slowed down time for Waters and perhaps himself.

As for the top two per cent of the wealthy, I'd like to see a motion in the House that sets aside a day of thanks for the people who generate almost half of all the taxes collected by the wasteful feds.

What percent is composed of people like Guitner, Wrangell, et al who receive special treatment when it is discovered they forgot to pay their taxes. They are the architects of the complex legislation they hide behind.

Any of the taxpayers try what they did and they would be eviscerated by the IRS and jailed. guitner and frank are the best excuse to dump the IRS and the current tax code.

To blast the twopercenters is misplaced frustration when men and women, the likes of Pelosi, Frank, Wrangell, Dodd and Guitner walk the hallowed halls of government.

As i said in another thread. Typical Dem outlook. You are upset because we will not tax people for needing to pay taxes on money they already paid taxes on because they are dead.
yep just like the Dem's tax them for living tax them for dying . why not tax each dead person for using plot space up each year sorts like an HOA fee for being dead. we can balance the budget on dead people paying taxes. Shoot they vote in democratic races we might as well tax them

The House Ethics Committee may be called a sham, but the rules are much tighter now than when the GOP had the house. You can expect to see it revert back to its good old boys ways quietly in Jan. These rules are set by the Speaker, not by law. Delay's boys, Cantor and Boehner will be in charge and they certainly had no problems with the convicted felon.

You can argue that Estate Taxes should not be, that is beside the point. But, the fact is, there are Estate Taxes. They now have been lowered for at least a year with exemptions up to $10 mil, from $1.3 mil. That is a Tax cut for a select few people in that wealth category. It not keeping them the same, it's cutting the taxes. You can deny that until you are blue in the face, it will still be true. Not a talking point, not an assertion, FACT.

actually wrong

the CURRENT estate tax is ZERO

by making it 35% for over 3.5 million...is an INCREASE

if the liberals want to keep taxing the dead. why not a 100% tax on ANY estate........

the main problem here is the DISCRIMINATION from the left in their class war

Not denying anything just saying it is just like the Dem's to raise taxes on dead people who have already paid taxes on the money. tax them for dieing that will teach them. So many dead voters vote democratic I'm sure the dead will not mind
