Willett and his colleagues analyzed dietary information gathered from nearly 80,000 women, ages 30 to 55, over a 12-year period. They found no evidence that women who consumed one to three servings daily of milk or other calcium-rich foods--like cheese or yogurt--reduced their risk of hip fractures, the standard measure for osteoporosis.

Butter, meat, eggs, milk, and cheese are implicated in higher rates of hormone-dependent cancers in general, she said. Breast cancer has been linked particularly to consumption of milk and cheese.

Hormones in milk can be dangerous

The anti-milk lobby also claims that consumption of dairy products can aggravate rheumatoid arthritis and has been implicated in colic, acne, heart disease, asthma, lymphoma, ovarian cancer and multiple sclerosis.

I went to this farm once and spoke to a few of the farmers and their cows and I firmly believe that milk does a body good

The articles also mention that calcium from milk does not lead to stronger bones so that would be true to Croatian cows as well.

Just think about it: People did not drink milk for thousands of years and did not have the diseases we now have.
Also, which adult animals drink milk?

Yep, it's a scientifically proven fact that everybody who ever drank milk either died or is going to die. Therefore, it must be the milk killing them.

^^ And where did I say that?

You obviously didn't read the articles. Why bother responding to something you did not read?

lol. You know until refined sugar came into existence. Cavities were rare. But now they are pretty common. Milk does the body good because so much come from cattle. And yes, we humans, are separate from other mammals. And that is that we drink milk whenever the we desire. And milk makes so many interesting products that I would not want to live without, like pizza, butter, etc.

Of course sugar is bad. How can you dispute what is in the studys presented in the articles? There is not proof in your post whatsoever. Where does your knowledge come from?

e.g. from the OP: Milk is not linked to stronger bones. It is also linked to a higher chance to get certain types of cancer.

How come people have survived thousands of years without drinking milk?

Can you post a study to your claim "Milk does a body good" that was not sponsored by the milk lobby?

People haven't been around for millions of years. My knowledge comes from eating deep dish pizza in Chicago. Would not want to live without milk
