This is crap. I would advise all bloggers and any one with a Website to ignore it.
This has nothing to do with the content of the internet. It has to do with ISP's blocking/throttling legal applications at their will.

From Congress.

Congress has sixty days after the FCC seizure of the Internet to invalidate the actions of the FCC.

Call your Congressman and Senators.

Baby steps. Foot in the door.

Just another exercise in control.

My Senator and Congresswoman hate to see my emails now.

But that ain't stopping me drafting my notes now!

Get involved folks, no matter how you believe.

Begin Congressional Review of ALL lame duck legislation!

I got news for ya..the internet has been around for decades with no major abuse.
What few problems arose were quickly dealt with.

But now we have to worry ? And the government has the solution to a non problem ?
Why not wait to see if this provider abuse of control happens ? People are free to choose, even those in rural areas from among several different access options.
We don't need protection BY the government, we have the military for that.

We need protection FROM the government!

You are right, of course. They really want to shut down some sites. That is their ultimate goal.

The market will determine 'neutrality.' Whatever that turns out to be.

FCC ordered 'net neutrality' will only give the FCC control over the use of the Internet. Nothing neutral about that. Of course, if you like Obamacare you'll love net neutrality.

This has noting to do with "bandwidth". Where are you getting that?

OMG!! Where is this happening!! Which large corporation is engaged in such heinous behavior? I must have missed the breaking news on this!

Clue: Its not happening, it won't be happening and there is NO justification or legal authority for obama taking over the internet. The FCC was shot down months ago and yet they pretend like its perfectly legal what they're doing.

Exactly, the FCC already has guidelines for porn. The default is no access, requiring an Opt In action for access. Nothing neutral about that.

Showtime? HBO? Playboy? SuperBowl Halftime?

Seven deadly words?
