Not good news. What they have done is illegal. The FCC dose not have the authority to regulate speech or require "balance". What a person writes is his/her property. An individual should not have to provide an "opposing view".
This is crap. I would advise all bloggers and any one with a Website to ignore it.
This has nothing to do with the content of the internet. It has to do with ISP's blocking/throttling legal applications at their will.

I got news for ya..the internet has been around for decades with no major abuse.
What few problems arose were quickly dealt with.

Why not wait to see if this provider abuse of control happens ? People are free to choose, even those in rural areas from among several different access options.

FCC ordered 'net neutrality' will only give the FCC control over the use of the Internet. Nothing neutral about that. Of course, if you like Obamacare you'll love net neutrality.

Exactly, the FCC already has guidelines for porn. The default is no access, requiring an Opt In action for access. Nothing neutral about that.
