After the New Year's eve terror attack on a Coptic church in Alexandria, there was a lot of apprehension about renewed attacks on the Christmas mass services (Copts don't use the Gregorian calendar, so they celebrate Christmas after New Year's. Hey, it works for them.)
So what did thousands of muslims do on the Coptic Christmas? Under the motto “We either live together, or we die together,” they attended mass, or, for those not quite ready to take that step, held vigils outside.

A ray of hope that the world is not going to hell in a handbasket and there is religious tolerance practiced outside of the US.
Not trying to sound like a jerk, but most people already knew there is religious tolerance practiced outside of the US.
That the news comes from Egypt, which has had a spotty record in the past, is a good thing we can all agree on.
