Don't hit yourself too hard. We are attempting rational discussions with CFLs here, not LEDs or incandescents. Even if you find a bright bulb it still has toxic poison in the center.

The sheriff is clearly right. Both political sides should give their agendas a reality check and chill with the increasingly hateful rhetoric. And this thread is further proof of that.

I disagree. I don't think you can give a rational motivation for what is going through that young kids mind.

He's sick, his thoughts are disorganized, and there was no rational basis for doing what he did. There's no evidence he was even aware of the political vitriol at this point. He was thinking about mind control by the government, and creating his own currency, etc.
