Actually,the fedgov. hasn't had a contingency plan....it was always China will buy the debt.

Now,not so much.

I wouldn't be interested in buying any "U.S. Debt" unless both myself and about 350 million other Americans had a direct say in how the "U.S." creates that "Debt" ..

Well yes, that's because it will soon be the second largest economy and has the capacity to do so. China buying US debt has been a good return on investment.
