not hiring felons -> discrimination lawsuit. hiring felons -> lawsuit of a whole different sort.
their main 'crime' here appears to be their deep pockets.
I could understand if he came into the store and the cashiers grabbed him and then did it while they were "on the clock".
But this is beyond ridiculous. They are responsible for what they did on their own time.
Lawsuits have really gotten out of hand..anything for a buck, anything.
I really don't know how they can tie this to McDonald's.
