Following an TSA review of the issue, John Pistole, the agency's administrator, said screeners will now be allowed to vote on whether they want a union to collectively bargain with the agency on their behalf.

Holy crap....GED and able to hold a magnetic wand is all it takes to be in the TSA.

And now they unionize ? Sweet...union benefits, guaranteed job security and guaranteed rising salaries.

Why not? A bunch of the unionized parking attendants at Logan Airport in Boston took home more than 100 thousand dollars in 2010.

Oops I'm sorry, they are "Parking Utility Technicians".
