The fact is we're 2½ years in, closer to January 20, 2013 than January 20, 2009. I think you all know how I would rate his Presidency, so how about you?
theres no way you can decipher a presidency during the current term or right after as the policies need time to take effect, then you can make a judgment.
i laugh at the people who say bush was a failure because they are just blowhard idealogues. wait until 2016 to get a better idea, then you can reflect on his policies over time and see how he really turned out.
same with obama. the people who say hes failed now, even though he's still president, are just partisan hacks who have the inability to let policies play out overtime. obama can't be realistically judged imo until 2020 if he's 1 term, or 2024 if he's a two termer.
this instant analysis, immediate result mentality is so idiotic. nobody ever lets things play out. everything has to be judged as good or bad immediately, even if it takes years for a policy to play out.
the sheep buy the instant analysis though. i mean look at how many threads on here you say of obama being a failed president and bush being a failed president.
quit being so partisan, and make your judgment after an appropriate amount of time has passed.
This man stood before a camera telling the American people that they needed to do their share. Guess what? The POTUS and Congress need to decrease their salaries and forego their lifetime benefits to do their fair share.
