EVERY female celebrity gets these kinds of emails and comments from weirdos so why dwell on part of the Palin clan but ignore the thousands of other female celebrities who get similar comments on a daily basis? That's illogical behavior unless you have a massive chip on your shoulder due to partisanship.

No, it is because this is routine but people like you ignore it until you think you can use it as a partisan weapon. That attitude disgusts me.

All famous people get stalked and threatened which must be scary. I wouldn't wish it on anyone but they learn that the less you talk about it publicly the better off they are because some of those stalkers like seeing their victims reactions in the news. Even I had a stalker once for 3 months and I was never in the public eye except for one human interest newspaper article that grabbed the stalker's attention.

You know, it is one thing when it happens to an adult, but to a minor child, is reprehensible. I'm in no way minimizing your experience; just pointing out what I believe to be a significant difference. Stalkers are sociopaths who need to be permanently removed from society, IMO.
