In all fairness from reading the article it sounds like this was a deranged soldier and was not listening to his fellow soldiers and commanders who, according to the article (for those that actually read it, most here seem like they haven't) WERE ORDERING him to use restraint.
I do find this ironic that this was posted on a day when a terrorist killed a family of five (including three children) in a west bank settlement. It seems to have fallen on deaf ears here.
The settlement may be illegal...... but I remember an earlier post saying "two wrongs don't make a right?"
Does that saying not apply to Palestinians murdering Israelis?
I don't care about your political persuasion but people need to use common sense and not throw around provocative words because they don't have an actual argument for something.
Do you know that many people (some on this board) see the mass murder that was committed today as well as suicide bombings against civilians (in Israel) as legitimate resistance and even encourage them (the only government organizations that endorse those are Hamas and Iran---- not even the PLO or most other Arab countries).
