So the people who want to watch OLD NEWS like the earthquake watch CNN, while FOX moves on to CURRENT NEWS events.

Every situation has risks. Even a interview in a coffee shop in the US.

Remember the kidnapped Italian journalist that was wounded by American soldiers in Iraq just after her release?

That is because it interferes with the Fox News comedy channel.

Well maybe when 'risk of being raped or beaten' turns into 'likely raped or beaten' they should take some more precautions.

funny... on a saturday after the quake, CNN beat FOX in primetime..

quote from the post:

In prime time Saturday, CNN averaged 678,000 viewers among the audience most desired by news advertisers, ages 25-54. MSNBC averaged 254,000, while Fox News drew 353,000.

yea. CNN is not NUMBER ONE because one day on a weekend for a couple of hours CNN had more viewers....

When people want to avoid the actual News so as to not suffer a mental meltdown, or when they just want to be entertained, they turn to the Fox News comedy channel.

When things turn serious and they need important information, they turn on a real news channel.
