Why sit silent as democracy protesters are slaughtered in the streets of Syria,.......
Simply stated, Saudia Arabia would need to take the lead on this one. If the U.S. took the lead it would end up in a war. The U.S. would definitly end up under fire from Hezbollah to the West and Iran from the East.
Seems like Glenn Beck predicted all this crap, over a year ago, when you called him loony.
How does Beck know how this crap turns out, before it even happens?
Is he making it happen, so he can say later he was right?
Beck did not predict what is happening right now, his prediction was very different and yes it was crap, and yes he is still a snake oil salesman and some here still buy his poison.

Thats why when an Arab country says they are behind us, they literally are from the safety of their living rooms. The same goes when they pledge funds: Just try to get them to cut a check.
This is why Obama waited for the UN resolution and the exact wording of it before moving forward into Libya. The US does not need to be the world police, the UN does.
Bashar al-Assad is keeping a secular regime. He is liked by Syrian Christians, Alawite Muslims, and the liberal, cosmopolitan Sunnis. He is disliked by extremist Sunnis. He may not be American friendly, but at least he's a smart, secular guy who gives his people jobs and an education. Should he fall, a replacement regime will likely be worse for the Syrian people.
There's been no confirmation of any of this. Hezbollah is in Lebanon minding it's own business.
