The Supreme Court Election is April 5th - and you can bet that if the union favored candidate is elected, it will cause chaos with the new legislation that will help balance their budget and put more money in rank-and-file union members' pockets.

April 5th: As Crucial and Close Election Looms in Wisconsin, Unions Double Down Intimidating Local Businesses

The stakes are for all the marbles and boil down to a simple choice. Either sitting State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser will be re-elected and the voters, though their elected officials, will be allowed to govern, or Big National Labor, Big Spoiled Public Employees, and the White House Re-election Machine will prevail in electing Joanne Kloppenburg — a hardcore Leftist with zero judicial experience.

WSEU circulating boycott letters

Members of Wisconsin State Employees Union, AFSCME Council 24, have begun circulating letters to businesses in southeast Wisconsin, asking them to support workers’ rights by putting up a sign in their windows.

If businesses fail to comply, the letter says, “Failure to do so will leave us no choice but (to) do a public boycott of your business. And sorry, neutral means 'no' to those who work for the largest employer in the area and are union members."

Sounds like extortion to me.

That will be one to watch. Generally Supreme Court justices easily win re-election, as least in Florida.
This issue shouldn't even be allowed to go to the courts. It is a budget matter and if the legislature can't deal with that without court interfearence then what's the point of even having a legislative branch? We might as well drop the facade and admit tha we are ruled by an elite class of judges with no input from the underclass (i.e. the rest of us) allowed.

This type of BULLYING is on the rise in all Social/Political Agendas. Its a leftist tactic straight out of Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" but I wonder if in some instances, they are crossing a line into EXTORTION.

I do think Americans are wising up to these threats and Businesses are able to recognize that the majority of us will be ignoring their boycotts and in fact be nudged into giving more business to the businesses who stand up against these thugs.

Challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg has declared victory in her contest against incumbent Justice David Prosser after finishing with a two hundred vote lead in a contest headed for recount.

Definitely needs to be recounted. 200 is too close and there is NO DOUBT some fraudulent votes.

I love how when Scott Walker was elected, to right wingers that gave him carte blanche to do whatever he wanted even if it was against popular opinion. But now that a liberal judge may be elected it's a "crisis" and a "hurdle" for the taxpayers. Perhaps the taxpayers have spoken, and they don't like what Scott Walker is selling? Maybe?

By the way, this is NOT an endorsement of Democrats or Unions. Merely pointing out hypocrisy when I see it.

Relax, it's going to be recounted to get the fraudulent votes out.

Since you're posting here that voter fraud has happened, by your own terms you're now going to post a link to support that assertion, right? Or should we assume that you're just making all that up as usual?
