Sorry I changed the news article to something else.

The notion of "whites only" accommodations and “separate but equal” may seem like something from the distant past, but such racially segregationist language is still on the books in one California county.

For Sacramento County residents living in some neighborhoods, the title documents to their properties still contain racist regulations, such as “No persons of any race other than white or Caucasian shall use…”

The president's office told 6 On Your Side the customer service representative should have handled the family's situation with more compassion. "I agree. I agree," Melody said.

DIRECTV said since the tornado zone in Greenback and Blount County has not been declared a disaster area, the company was unaware of the widespread damage.

The satellite dish would be covered under the homeowners policy.. Not sure what the issue is..

You rent something, it shows up missing for whatever reason.. its an insurance issue. Since the homes were damaged by a tornado, I would assume they easily hit their deductible.

The story said the termination fee might be covered by insurance, but even if its not.. the equipment is.

Years ago it was discovered that there was a restrictive covenant in the deed for William Rehnquist's vacation home up here in Greensboro, Vermont. It would be a simple matter to have your attorney get this language removed, either at the time of conveyance or later.
