And for those who are complaining about the increase in payments on health care. This would actually indirectly decrease those payments in the long run since it would decrease the number of surgeries.

Oh and not to mention, save millions of lives..

Freedom is more valuable than saving a few lives. If your only goal is to save lives, we could legislate a lot of things out of existence. But then live wouldn't be worth living.

Smoking is worse..why is that NOT banned. It's only taxed to death (literally and figuratively ).
Alcohol CAN lead to alcoholism so why not ban that as well.

Why cherry pick what is deemed "bad for you" by the government ?

Lord knows how we made it this far in our civilization by ourselves.
We have a generation of dependent zombies waiting on the word from on high.

Recall these from the government:
Eggs are good. No eggs are bad. No, no eggs are good.
Aspirin is good. No aspirin is bad. No, no aspirin is good.
I could go on and on.

I'll tell ya..it's not the water making people what they are today.
Must be what's in the annual flu shots. I don't get one so that's why my brain must be so clear.

It's not worth trading freedom for government defined health.

I so agree with your analogy here. Hate to say it like this, but people have the choice to be ignorant and make wrong choices and live with the consequences, or make the right choices, But too much Government in every aspect of our lives, do we really need it.

People know what to do as far as health, it is people's own choices for them to make.
