By a seemingly insurmountable lead. Of course, the unions/Left will pressure kloppenberg to go for a recount, even though she has little chance of making up the difference....without massive cheating that is.

Now, remember on election night the DKos nuts thought Prosser should CONCEDE when he was behind by only 204 votes. I wonder what they will say now.

Ballots are now totaled: Prosser wins by 7,316 - JSOnline

State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser emerged as the winner Friday over challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg in an election that drew national attention because of the fight over collective bargaining and a vote tallying error in Waukesha County following initial results that showed Kloppenburg leading the race.
This is great news and totally, completely DEFLATES the cause of the Left/unions.

Winning by .48% when a month prior to the election you were suppose to win in a cakewalk isn't much....

Well, when the unions and Left agitate enough to get virtually every liberal out to vote...and they still come up short, well, this IS a huge defeat for the Left/unions.

Seems they not only ginned up their own, but also conservatives and moderates in the state that were DISGUSTED by the tactics of the union goons and the Left.

The "narrative" put forth by the media, the unions, the Left that WI was against Walker did NOT pan out, considering they made this race a referendum on Walker.

Prosser declares victory!

Whoever gave kloppenberg advice that she should declare victory with a lead of just 204 votes, BEFORE the canvassing was done...is an idiot.

This victory comes in a not too distant second to Nov 2010.

Losing by .48% when you were originally expected to lose by somewhere in the range of 20% is not a huge defeat. The recall elections will be interesting.

Well, they need three seats and the GOP has enough for at least one recall. There is NO CHANCE Walker will be recalled. NONE.

Sorry, but the fervor generated by the "rallies" from the unions/Left, wasn't quite good enough to combat conservatives, coming out in droves, to support Walker.

The GOP hasn't turned in the signatures yet for their one recall, though they have said they will. So far enough signatures have been turned in for two recalls (both of Republicans). The Democrats have until May 2nd to turn in petition signatures for the other Republicans, the GOP's deadline is generally the 25th and 26th of April
