No, it's not all republicans. In fact, only 25% of respondents are republicans.
Most polls show that the vast majority of Republicans claimed he wasn't born in America. Democrats and Independents did not. Very small percentages of those two groups believed he was not born in Hawaii. Stop trying to spin it.
Are you serious? What other President has ever had to show their birth certificate to the public?
I personally believe everyone who runs for the Presidency should have to prove they satisfy the eligibility requirements laid out in the Constitution: (1) Natural-born citizen; (2) at least 35 years of age, and (3) be a resident of the US for at least 14 years.

And sanrene, that poll is all Republicans. Democrats and Republicans did not believe the birther crap like the Republicans and Tea Party did.
Untrue. A recent poll showed that even some Democrats questioned Obama's birthplace. Plain and simple, the tide (however small) was rising in the wrong direction for President Obama and he had to stop this nonsense before it clouded his re-election campaign.
LOL, didn't take you long to dismiss the new evidence. did you even see it yet? I have and Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, case close, time to move on...
