This is so absurd. Is this not proof that Unions have gotten way out of control?

Who is running the Police Dept. and for what purpose? What has happened to our individual spirit? The Unions are killing it.

"The Scranton police union has filed an unfair labor practice complaint against the city for an off-duty drug arrest made by Police Chief Dan Duffy in March.

The complaint, which was filed with the state Labor Relations Board on April 14, takes issue with the chief arresting a man who was allegedly in possession of marijuana because the chief is not a member of the collective bargaining unit and was "off duty" when the March 20 arrest was made."

I am going to refuse to be arrested by a scab.

People should refuse to go along peacefully unless the cop can show his union card.

Why do liberals insist on this type of representation? Are you so weak-minded and weak-willed that you need a union thug to hold your hand?

I just don't get it. Never will.

Signed,

A Headstrong, Union-hating SOB

And this folks is why unions are getting a bad name all over the US.

Teachers won't teach, cops won't arrest..all because of "the union" ?

What's next ?

Sweet. I need to be a non-union cop. Since I can't arrest anyone I'll just drive around all night long! Why the hell didn't I think of this before?
