Donald Trump didnt want "welfare" recipients in his buildings, it had nothing to do with the color of skin, unless you think those on welfare are only black.
Clearly thats the argument the OP and others are making though, i.e. if you deny welfare recipiants housing, that its racial.. hogwash!!
Nice attempt at hedging the facts!!!..Trump and/or his representatives also informed fully qualified middle class black people that apartments that were vacant and on the market were occupied or not available.
Black people were also offered onerous and inflated leases than white people, but don't worry it's all about "welfare blacks"!!..
I think he has great relationships with black business people.
As far as not renting, if they had a good job, the good down payment and the history and ability to pay rent there is no issue.
He doesn't appear to be in jail, so what happened as an outcome?
He settled out of court and years later the court served an even harsher set of penalties against him for failing to honor his original agreement with the court.
"...In 1975, Trump ultimately came to a far-reaching agreement with the DOJ in which he and the company did not admit guilt but agreed not to discriminate and to take steps to open its housing stock to more nonwhites. The company agreed to submit a weekly list of vacancies to the Urban League, which would produce qualified applicants for a portion of all vacancies.
But it didn't end there. In 1978, the government filed a motion for supplemental relief, charging that the Trump company had not complied with the 1975 agreement. The government alleged that the Trump company "discriminated against blacks in the terms and conditions of rental, made statements indicating discrimination based on race and told blacks that apartments were not available for inspection and rental when, in fact, they are," the Times reported. Trump again denied the charges.
Oh, I should have known this was true and of course he must have lost because the article was in the fair and balanced H. Post.
Get over it for heavens sake. How many more posts on Trump will pop up before midnight tonight I wonder? The next one will probably tell us he wears elevator shoes to hind his lack of height.
He also settled an SEC complaint for an undisclosed amount. There is a lot in his closet. The GOP can do a lot better than any of the current group of clowns.

Obviously you have some type of court ruling to backup your claims, right?

Not true.. Any settlement with the SEC is a matter of public record.. The fact that you cant find this "settlement" is because there wasnt one. Trump said he wouldnt (and wasnt) discriminating, the SEC withdrew their compaint. They refiled several years later and Trump again said he wasnt discriminating, and it went no where again because there was nothing to substantiate the claims.

Thats not a settlement out of court, thats a withdraw of the complaint...
