Gary, that is particularly important since the FBI typically only talks about Part I offenses in their crime rate numbers.

e: Nvm you said that haha. But yeah, I'm guessing that when the media reports about crime at the national level, they only look at Part I offenses.

The fact that you arent suggesting it, doesnt change the fact that if what you are suggesting would become reality, that would be the outcome..

That is the problem with the ignorant and naive: They allow their emotions to get in the way of law. And yes, like it or not, when it comes to criminal law, you are ignorant and naive. Just like I'm ignorant and naive to what a plumber, or electrician does.
Actually , you have no idea of what I know or don't know. You have no idea of the degrees and certifications I hold, the seminars I have attended or the attainments I have achieved.

If you believe so wholly in the correctness of the
"rule of law" then why is it those same Justices that sit on the highest representation of the law, don't agree? Law changes as emotions and political directions change,if you believe less then indeed you are Naive.

Because the FBI says it is a certain way doesn't mean it will always be that way or that it is in fact true. The reality is you are arguing about the definitions of words, which over time evolve and change. In less than 100 years the issue will be mute in all probability so who really cares?
